Privacy Statement


This privacy statement details how your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) when using collaborative.org.uk. It is important that you read this privacy notice so that you are aware of how and why I am collecting and using your data. This includes information provided when you make contact via the site for coaching or mentoring services. The website does NOT place cookies when you visit.

Any personal data must be processed in accordance with six ‘Data Protection Principles.’ It must:

  • • be collected and processed only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes
  • • be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed

  • • not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and be processed securely

I will treat any personal information (ie data from which you can be identified, including your name, email address and phone number) provided in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. Any data captured shall not be kept for longer than is necessary and I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure I have suitable physical, and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure any information collected. Your details will NEVER be divulged, sold or passed on to any unconnected third party. This is an independent and ethical site and your privacy is always respected.

Access to your information and other rights

Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) you have rights regarding your personal data, including how and on what basis your information is processed.

You have:

  • • The right to access your own personal data by way of a subject access request.
  • • Identification will be requested for security.
  • • The right to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • • The right to request that we erase your personal data.
  • • The right to receive a copy of your personal data and to transfer your personal data to another data controller. There will be no charge for this and in most cases, this will be provided within one month.

It is very important that the information I hold about you is accurate and up to date.
