NLP
NLP is considered an enhanced form of communicating with others which uses the whole range of clues people give when communicating such as their body language, tone of voice as well as the actual words spoken. Noticing the non-verbal signals given out by others it is possible to assess how they feel about what is going on. A breakdown in communication can almost feel as though someone is speaking a different language. This can build rapport and communicate effectively.
NLP is much more than that. Everything you have ever seen and experienced is stored in your memory. Each person’s understanding of the world influences how they make sense of the world and events. NLP can help develop a different perspective on events. Whilst you cannot change what has happened to you it may be possible to use different resources and reassess how you feel about things. You can take control of the effect others’ actions have on you..
